General characteristics:

Sparkling white wine made from Glera hill grapes using the Charmat Martinott1 method. Pale straw yellow with greenish hues, harmonious with notes of green appie and white acacia flowers with a well rounded taste. Full-bodied, lingering, fruity lt is the ultimate expression of Prosecco DOCG Superiore sparkling wine Ideai as an ape- ritif or as a table wine. The freshness and fragrance of this wine, combined with the fine and persistent perlage means it is an excellent accompaniment to rice dishes, white meats or shellfish and tor dessert it goes well with fruit tarts. 

Colour: pale yellow with greenish hues.

Soil: hilly, calcareous clay

Climate: Mediterranean-cool.

Maturation: mid-September

Vinification: white, with soft pressing. Yield 70%

Sparkling process: autoclave with Charmat method

Perfume: Fruity and hints of green apple and white acacia flowers.

Sugar Res.: 12 - 14 g/l.

Alcohol: 11% vol.

Storage: Store in a cool at temperature below 15° c.

Serving temperature: 4-6° c
